Skill shortage is a pivotal social issue which needs to be surveyed in any

organization. A skill shortage is the origin of effecting any organisation in terms of quality and even quantity. Unemployment is an new problem in our country. According to India Skills Report 2022, less than 50% of total youth in India is employable.
